VILLAGE FERME FERRIS

The Ferme Ferris Project was born from the desire to create a living environment that would be complete and welcoming for all generations. We have built houses of all types there, from small semi-detached bungalows to large two-story houses, including townhouses, duplexes and triplexes. Thus, our customers can modify homes according to their needs throughout their life without having to change neighborhood. We have also set up parks and cycle paths there and have provided land for a school (which is already open) and a childcare center well before the children arrive. As we have even built a few residences for people with reduced mobility, large houses on a human scale that blend in well with the neighborhood and where people can feel at home while having services.
