The day that I walked in to the sales office, I could see that this was going to be different. I was treated so well and never felt pushed to commit to anything. I sat with the salespeople for over a three week period trying to find the right fit for my budget and needs. We talked and they recommended that I speak with one of the several banks that they deal with, so that I could get a better idea of what would fit me and my needs. The owner of Bena would call to see if I had any concerns or questions, or if there was anything that I needed help with. Again for weeks, I compared what Bena had offered and what other builders in Aylmer and Western Quebec offered, (apples to apples and oranges to oranges) no matter how I sliced it. I looked at quality, the reviews, upgrades, location, and after sales service. Bena Construction, Mr. Ayoub, the staff, and the ladies in the sales office really have the best bang for your buck, hands down. They go above and beyond your expectations and treat you with care and most of all, respect.
All the extras, the little details, like the hours the salespeople spent helping me and my son pick our finishing touches by providing us with ideas and examples and the communication on our behalf with suppliers and contractors, was greatly appreciated. It was a journey of experience that I took with Bena that comes from their passion, patience and pride in workmanship. I made the right decision and was informed about every step and advancement. From the day the shovel broke ground, to the framing, to the installation of the flooring, washrooms, and kitchen, the site supervisor kept me posted.
One year later, the house that once was a dream is now our home.
